How Does Custom Printing Work?
With our in-house custom color printing, we make it easy for you to create an elegant gift or award that showcases custom designs or images, such as a special family photo or a company's corporate logo.
All images are exquisitely printed in full color with our top-of-the line UV/LED curing printer. This special digital-format printer is environmentally friendly and uses 6 colors (instead of the traditional 4-color process) to produce the most vivid, high definition prints possible on a wide range of materials, including plastics, metals, woods, and glass.

Then follow the steps below to start the process!

All Photos MUST Meet The Following Requirements:

File Format: JPEG, PNG, TIFF, AI, EPS, PDF

Resolution: minimum of 250 DPI; maximum of 600 DPI

Image Size: minimum of 1500 x 1500 pixels; maximum of 3500 x 4000 pixels

Image Format: either RGB or CMYK, although CMYK is preferred

Your sales representative will instruct where to send your photo. When you send it to us, please include the photo as either an attachment or by uploading it to Dropbox (or other file sharing program) and sending us the link. Images that are placed in the body of an email or contain copyrighted or obscene material will not be accepted. If you have access to the original vector file for images or logos which have a transparent background, please send the vector to our engraver with all texts outlined and images embedded. If you do not know the exact size or format of the photo(s) you would like to use, our staff would be happy to find this out for you.
